Our company, of German origin, opened its first office in the German town of Breslau, in 1830. In the early days, it was the official removals company of the Royal House of Saxony. Gradually, thanks to the quality of work of the staff, it has grown to be an international company.. Since then, Schmidt & Kahlert has set up about 30 branches all over the world, and is the referred partner in the field of international moving. Thanks to a fleet of 450 completely padded moving vans as well as the experience of 750 staff members, Schmidt & Kahlert is equipped with the necessary commercial, technical and logistical know-how.

Our French headquarters are located very close to the airport in Strasbourg with 8000m2 of public storage area.
